We have organised lot's of weddings and never had anything, but huge praise for our entertainment. The results are easy to judge you just have to make sure everybody is on the dancefloor.

Another area in which G & D is very strong is production both technical and asthetic. We have invested heavily in many stock items of event furniture and equipment and can provide sound / P.A systems, event lighting, outdoor lighting, video projection, staging, drapes, bars, set build and much more. Our in house team of highly skilled technicians, designers and builders are fully conversant with all aspects of health and safety regulations and also keep abreast of the latest technical innovations, ensuring the equipment we use is at the very cutting edge within the industry.

We have invested much time and money designing and building event furniture. This has been created with flexibility in mind. Colours, covers and fabrics are all interchangeable and many items are modular. So regardless of where you hold your event or what theme you decide to go with for your party, we have sofas, bars, coffee tables and numerous other items that will fit in with your choices.

A very important aspect to any bespoke event, be it a trade show or product launch. We work with excellent set builders, dressers and drapers who all know how to create a professional platform for you and your product without it costing the earth.

We have a large stock amount of staging with which to build and create a variety of size, shape and height stages. These can then be dressed, carpeted and coloured to match your event.
Catering
Catering is often a cornerstone to an event and one that will be talked about for either the right or the wrong reasons. Here at a G & D we have over 20 years of experience with food at up to 3 Michelin star level. Our head Chef has cooked at Langans, Le Palais du Jardin, The Ivy and The Avenue as well as running outside catering events for up to 5000 people. Gareth, who founded G & D, has a vast amount of experience, as a GM for some of London's finest restaurants including The Halkin, The Oak Room and Nobu Park lane. So if it is an intimate private dinner party for 20 guests, Canapés and Champagne for 200 or a three course sit down dinner for 2000 rest assured we have the experience and expertise to plan, prepare and execute every aspect of your catering needs.

Another vitally important aspect to an event and one that can have a profound effect on the atmosphere. From the moment you enter a party the background music, whilst arriving will set the tone and create a mood. Dylan (one of the founding partners) has 16 years of experience in the music industry from writing and producing top twenty hits to managing bands and publishing. This intimate knowledge of the entertainment world and the contacts this has brought puts us in a very strong position to be able to select and program a perfect night's entertainment.

Although last on our list of services this is usually where G & D begin the process of creating the perfect event. From the point of first enquiry our team will make note of all of your requirements and then set about finding the right venue to suit your event. We have built up a good database of venues over time all of which we have excellent working relationships with. We are also constantly seeking out new and unique venues and locations, regularly making site visits ensuring we have a complete and thorough knowledge of a building well before showing the client around.
